Dressing Exotique

Hi folks,

vegetable oil
mango-flavoured apple vinegar
fresh coriander green
salt
pepper

Et voilà - a new dressing for your summer salad of choice!

In the true spirit of recycling cool items of consumer culture, I keep my dressings in a True Fruits Smoothies-bottle. Best way to keep them fresh and to "re-shake" them once the ingredients separate themselves ... like seen above.
